To obtain the MAC address of your device:

Now that you are in the MyTVOnline application:

2. Click on the “Edit” button.
3. Enter a service name (the name doesn’t matter much).
4. Enter the URL that your provider has given you (Example: http://providername.com:8080/c).
5. Click OK.

The connection should work. Everything is ready for your entertainment!

If it doesn’t work: either you made a typing error in the address, or your provider hasn’t authorized your MAC address yet.
